It is, w ithout doubt, an interesting, immersive and fun game and if you can get it to run on an XP system without too much trouble, then you're in for a real treat. There just were not too many air combat flight sims that could compete, outside of MS Combat Flight Sim games.there was only 1, that I'm aware of, that was available at that time. It was one of those kind of games that was nearly made before it's time really! I wish a game developer would acquire this license and overhaul and revamp the entire game to bring it up to modern day expectancy. EAW is one of those rare, once in a lifetime games, created with as much accuracy, detail, history and fun.all rolled into one.that a gamer could have possibley hoped for back in that time. Having had this copy back when it first came out in 1998, gave me good insight as to what this particular game brought to the table in terms of re-playability and first and last impressions.
